Our Founder and CEO, Bryan Keefer, started working in the IT field back in 1996, providing web design and general computer support.  In 2000, he joined a break-fix provider in Americus, Georgia and spent almost 5 years building a very successful team of technicians.  Bryan started Technology One in 2005 in order to focus his efforts on the growing Information Technology (IT) needs of small business clients.  Over the past 13 years, Technology One has risen to meet the challenges of an ever-evolving IT landscape.  In recent years, we have grown from a reactive break-fix IT support company to a leading Managed IT Service Provider (MSP) and Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) with clients in 6 states and Mexico.  Most of our clients are in rural areas that are often under-served when it comes to IT.   We have the technology and expertise to support the IT needs of any size business, regardless of geographic location or complexity.
