Our Help Desk is staffed by over 100 Support Engineers and provides 5-minute guaranteed telephone response time so you never have to wait for help. The Help Desk is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and can be contacted via phone, desktop chat app, email or ticket assignment.
Security Operations Center (SOC)
Our SOC is staffed by a dozen Security Engineers who monitor and support our Advanced Endpoint Security solutions in order to proactively address the continuous barrage of security threats facing businesses today. Support requests are escalated to the SOC by our other teams.
Network Operations Center (NOC)
Our NOC is staffed by more than 500 Senior Engineers, certified by every major technology vendor, who work closely with our Field Engineers and Help Desk team to monitor servers around the clock and remediate the most complex issues quickly. Support requests are escalated to the NOC by our other teams.
